Cons: None
A Great Knife To Have Around !
This is my 1st knife of the 'rescue' type. I chose it because of the assisted opening and flip out strap cutter, which is a great feature and design. The blade is of very rugged design and should perform well, if I every have to depend on it. The handle is very ergonomically designed, with no slipping in hand. The only con I have about the knife is the glass break could be larger. I love the 2 ways to open, thumb studs or finger release on spine. I have not had any accidental openings, the lock seems to prevent those, but I don't wear the knife. It did pass a leverage test of the opened position, I did to make sure I could depend on it staying open if I were to pry with it. The ONLY reason I didn't rate it as a 5 is because I haven't had to use it, so I don't know. It is in the car for when and if I ever need it.

Great emergency tool for every vehicle
Hope I never have to use it for myself. But it lives in the console of my truck if I ever need it and it is available to assist others if needed

Good knife, but not for Firefighters & EMS.
This knife may have a lot going for it, but speaking as a firefighter/EMT I can't recommend it for on scene use. I was given the knife as a gift and I put it in my turn-gear. I soon found how dangerous that was. The switch that is supposed to hold the knife shut is NOT SECURE. The knife opened in my gear during a training exercise. I have enough dangers to worry about without being concerned about being impaled by my own equipment! Likewise, the clothing cutter snags on things and also opens far too easily and besides, I'd never use that function anyway. I have trauma sheers for that.
