SOGBLT22K: BladeLight Tactical, Red LED
SOG Knives
Combining the best blade features of a tactical knife with the practicality of a tactical light, the Bladelight stands ready to serve in any operation. The six red LED lights provide superior visibility for use with night vision optics.
Long a trusted member of tactical operations around the world, SOG readies for deployment in low light situations with this member of the award-winning Bladelight family. The six intensely bright red LED lights (three on each side of the blade) have a measured output of 37 lumens and are designed for use in conjunction with night optics needed by military or law enforcement specialists. The fixed blade – made of 8CR13MOV stainless steel – is anchored to a glass reinforced black nylon handle. One AAA battery will provide more than four hours of burntime for the LED lights. A molded shine-through sheath with a built in pull-through sharpener is included.

Pros: Handle Material, Weight, None
Cons: Blade Material, Sheath/Scabbard, Overall Quality
This sheath is stupid!
Cheap steel. Grip is small. You cannot grip the handle to remove from the sheath quickly. There is no space bbetween the sheath and grip to pull at the knife. The seatbelt cutter is too wide and potentially dangerous. The sharpener is carbide and hogs off steel with each pass. Useful i guess if you don't know how to sharpen a knife. LED's are cool and can be used in the sheath.
