SOGVL02: VL02 Vulcan Mini
The General Electric M61A1 Vulcan is a 6-barrel 20mm cannon of the gatling-type. It fires standard M50 ammunition at 6,000 rounds per minute and is integral part of the armament of modern fighters such as the F-15, F-18 and of course the F-16.

Our Award-Winning Mini Vulcan is also formidable with a powerful strength of construction. There is nothing weak about the Mini Vulcan. Take for instance our patented Arc-Lock. Or, the full steel liners encased in glass reinforced nylon (GRN) handles. The blade is a full .125" thick with spear point shape and includes our new kick deployment of the blade. Press on the back of the blade and the knife comes out fast. Reversible clip, Arc-Lock, and double thumb studs make for complete ambidextrous use.

Pros: Blade Material, None
Cons: Handle Feel, Overall Quality
Not worth the money, much better knives available for less!
The Bad - nylon or plastic bushing and blade play in all directions the finger flipper is sluggish, the much cheaper CRKT Ripple puts it to shame Closed, there are things jabbing your finger and hand The pocket clip is huge and uncomfortable no matter where you put it. The handle feels cheap. The Good - It is very light (around than 3 oz) and the blade is VG-10 Their are much better knives available for the money period.

Very good knife
This is a good knife. It has a great locking system, feels good in hand, is a "big" little knife, has a great low-ride clip and good steel. The edge retention on the blade isn't as good as it should be. Also, the belly in the blade can make it a little tricky to sharpen if you aren't that good at sharpening your knives. This is a great EDC with somewhat loose pants or in the pocket. If you wear tighter pants / jeans, the loose pocket clip can tend to allow this knife to work its way partially out of your pocket, which is annoying. Overall, great knife!

Pros: Blade Material, Overall Quality, Lock Ease of Use, Handle Feel, Blade Sharpness, Ease of Opening, Lock Type
Cons: None
I got this in a parcel with a more expensive, first production run knife. Handled this guy for 5 minutes and it was part of my EDC rotation. The other knife, after almost a week in my pocket to try and find it's redeeming features, ended up in my "failed experiments" box. Excellent quality, well finished, very sharp out the box - just a great overall knife in the sub 3 inch, FRN handle catagory.
