SWEDFNDC521: Diamond/Ceramic Whetstone Sharpener (8.27" x 2.17")
The DC521 is a bench stone of a less common category, since it offers two different kinds of stones. The yellow part is a fast and aggressive diamond stone, while the dark is a slow, very fine ceramic stone. Both surfaces are precision flat, which is a prerequisite for perfect sharpening results. The diamond stone works fast and should be used if the edge is very thick. The sharpness obtained is usually enough for everyday tasks. The ceramic whetstone works much more slowly and gives a smoother, razor-sharp edge when necessary. For tools and chef knives, this bench stone is among the best we can offer. It comes in a nice gift box, and sharpening advises are added.

Fallkniven Diamond/Ceramic Whetstone DC521
I took out an old dull kitchen knife and had it razor sharp in 3 minutes. I really like how you do not need to use oil or water on this stone. This whetstone is a modern day marvel! Absolutely awesome!!! 5 Stars to the knife Center. Thank you. Marcus

best sharpening stone I own
I own a whole lot of sharpening stones, even some Japanese Water stones. And this beats them all hands down for general everyday sharpening. It is a bit on the rough side when you first unbox it, making it seem much coarser a grit than it actually is.But after a few uses, the diamond side is about the grit of a blue DMT stone, and the ceramic side is a little finer than the red DMT but not as fine as the Green DMT. I prefer this stone over all the because it is almost zero maintenance and is zero mess to use. No oil or water. And once it gets clogged with steel bits, just use a wet toothbrush to clean it out.
