TBKRECONDODAM: Recondo Custom Damascus Sheepsfoot Folder, Blacked Out
Tim Britton Handmade Knives
The Recondo is a tactical knife design with all the qualities of a large gentlemen's folder named for the infamous Special Ops school in Vietnam. The blade measures in at 3.5", made from beautiful Damascus stainless steel. It's not the typical Americanized-Tanto shape you usually see on the Recondo but more of a sheepsfoot design. This blade shape works beautifully with the Damascus, bringing out the contrasting pattern and layers nicely. The natural finish Titanium handle has silver twill carbon fiber inlays which reduces weight, adds traction, durability, and just downright looks cool. There is no jimping anywhere on this knife which is more reminiscent of a gentlemen's folder than a tactical design but the ergonomic shape of the handle locks it into your hand quite well. The Titanium liner is easy to disengage and the action of the knife is just so fast using the single thumb stud. Comes with an excellent deep carry pocket clip and is 100% guaranteed for the life of the designer.
