Pros: Ease of Opening, Pocket Clip, Handle Feel, Handle Material
5.1.1. Tactical is a new brand to me, personally. I've typically bought Boker, Benchmade, Emerson, and SOG in the past. Even though this is kind of a funky-looking thing, it had a lot of qualities that I wanted "on paper" so I bought it to see how it really feels in my hand, how it carries, etc. And I have been pleasantly surprised -- the huge thumb hole makes opening this knife easy when I want to. The blade is sharp, well-balanced, and I like having it half-serrated to cover a variety of unknowns that could occur. The second blade is just a bonus for me, personally, but I'd certainly deploy it if needed. What's most pleasantly surprising to me is the feel of the grip, the quality of the grip material, and the overall build quality of the knife. The grip is where a lot of newcomer knife makers skimp, but this company has nailed it. Bonus points, too, for the many pocket clip re-configuration options. I'll be keeping an eye on their future offerings.
