1095 Carbon Steel
1095 Carbon Steel
An excellent hard use steel, 1095 is a primary choice for camping and larger fixed blade knives for its extreme toughness and ability to hold an edge. Corrosion resistance is very limited with this steel (it will rust) and most blades come with a coating to prevent premature rusting.
Kydex Sheath
Kydex Sheath
Waterproof, scratch resistant, and low friction. It will hold its shape and makes a great alternative to leather.
Steel Handles
Steel Handles
Stainless Steel knife handles provide strength and durability and look and feel great.

4 and counting
I own 4 TOPS knives and they are are all gems! The ALRT is the best small knife I own, better than the LDK I bought a year ago. Mine came with the leather wallet and I love it. I also recommend the Wolf pup XL, BOB Fieldcraft and the Baghdad Box Cutter. I buy TOPS because they are built to last. Yes they cost more but they work!

Cons: Sheath/Scabbard
i haven't received my knife yet even though i ordered it almost three weeks ago, but my friend has one and fiddled with it a bit and i liked it, but I'm not to crazy about the little LED light so I ordered a Boker Lanyard to replace it. Im going to be using this knife in and around my truck from box cutting and self defense and after playing with my friends I'm pretty sure that i won't be disappointed

hunk of blade
not the greatest neck knife in what most people consider a neck knife, but it is still a good way to wear it. This blade is a hunk o 1095 with a thick profiled razor on the end. i've had this knife for some time now, year or so,it's great for breaking bones or spliting can use a rock or the back of a hatchet to drive it through just about anything you may need far as slashing goes its not a combat knife but it cuts extremely well.this a excellent small tough as hell tool to have to use when you don't want to beat the hell out of a primary knife or to just have on your person all the time for what ever you may need it for.and hey the little led comes in constant hand
