UCGH441: Gil Hibben Silver Shadow Knife
United Cutlery | Gil Hibben

This superb knife is the Silver Shadow. Renowned knife designer Gil Hibben custom crafted this knife especially for United Cutlery in 1990 as the first in his annual Fantasy Series offerings. Measuring 12 1/2" overall, this distinctive item features a 7 1/2" mirror polished, 420 stainless steel blade. The hilt offers a handle with silver wire wrap that provides a sure grip. This knife includes Gil Hibben’s personal stamp etched on the blade and a custom, genuine leather sheath. Handcrafted in China.
Leather Sheath
Leather Sheath
Leather is known for its durability and traditional appeal. When compared to Kydex it is preferred for its silence when bumped against other objects, as well as blade retention.

Handsome Blades - Very Satisfied!
We purchased these blades as groomsmen gifts for our wedding. (Our wedding is Renaissance themed) We had them engraved and they'll be wearing them for the ceremony, then keeping them afterwards. They are of beautiful craftsmanship, and took engraving well!

Shiny version of v-42
The Gil Hibben Single silver shadow has the overall appearance of the V-42 daggar issued to the First Special Service Force during WWII except that its not subdued. The knife is as the name implys a silvery finish. The construction is sturdy and overall a nice looking blade for my display case. The wire wrapped handle provides a fine non-slip grip. Hats off to Gil Hibben for a fine work of martial art.

Very Shinny good handle dagger
I wanted to use this dagger for cutting and display. It is a really preety knife, but it is made in China and it is not made by united cutlery. The reason I say United Cutlery most people think that it is made by them. The blade was very cheap I mean cheap! and it was sharpened very bad, but the way it looks it is pretty. I bet if United cutlery makes this knife I will buy three...
