Leather is known for its durability and traditional appeal. When compared to Kydex it is preferred for its silence when bumped against other objects, as well as blade retention.
Wood Handles

Pros: Handle Material, Finish, Weight, Sheath/Scabbard, None
Cons: Blade Sharpness, Overall Quality, Blade Material, Materials
Very very disappointed.
Just to be clear, the issue is not with knife center, any other distibuters, or with the designer, the issue is with the manufacturer. I understand it is a cheap knife, and as such you cant really expect it to be that good, But I have bought 10 dollar bowie knives made better than this thing. Every angle of this blade is uneven. The spine, the sides, and the beveling. The steel is incredibly brittle and soft, so cutting anything other than soft tissue will dull it. They cut so many corners making this knife, your money would be better spent on a cheap knife from walmart.

Cons: Blade Material
Good price good quality and fast shipping
The blade is sharp and it looks real good, the only thing is the blade is brittle so it should not be used for any hardcore camping. Would and could use this knife to field dress a deer. But I would have a more heavy duty knife with me in woods. But do not get me wrong for the price you can't go wrong. Also the scabbard is made of heavy duty leather with a leather cord to strap it to your leg really nice scabbard. I would recommend this for anyone looking for a nice looking knife at Knife Center's price. Breezy
