Best value around
Victorinox kitchen knives are such a great value. Comes sharp, and it's super easy to maintain a razor edge. The plastic handle ones take lots of abuse, you can leave them in wet in the sink for weeks and they never rust and the handle don't degrade like wood would.

I love this knife. This is the 3rd one I bought of this kind. It stays sharp for a long time, it is light and feels good in your hands while you are using it.

scary sharp
I use this in the kitchen. The blade has a similar grind to swiss army knife and is extreamly sharp. By far the sharpest kitchen knife I have ever used. There is a trade off though after a couple washes with other dishes I can see some nicks in the blade already! from being so sharp it is very sensitive so I would recamend washing totally seperatly by hand and storing so the blade does not touch anything that could damage it. I dont care much for the handle shape, the matieral is fine and the red looks nice to set it apart but is kind of thin and small and can be difficult to grip somtimes with my big hands. I plan on getting more for myself and some extras for gifts as well.
