A well done, subtly brilliant kitchen and dining room essential utility
These are Great little knives..just seeing it let's me know that I'm not going to starve...*I think that most people start out. successfully "cooking" with A Favorite Steak Knife..(This seems to have ingrained it's self into my psyche..I associate a good(medium sized)little serrated knife with.."Oh!-at least I can make some thing to eat..and/or cut whatever I might need to..that's taken care of..")...What I'm trying to say is..Out of this type very useful knife..Victorinox offers-delivers The Ultimate example..(and in a safe & civilized- social and Cute little package)..and one that can be relied upon to do what it should. If I was eg "a starving student";or etc.. and could only have one knife,it would be this one..and I think that I'd get-by ok..(And possibly "Style'n",instead of "starv'n").

The best steak knife for the money
I was given a set of these many years ago. They have never been sharpened and they are still very sharp. They cannot be beat price wise. They would be a great beginner set they will last til the golden anniversary!!!
