Victorinox Forschner Paring Knife w/ 3.25"
I have owned a set of victorinox knives in the past. I had lost one and ordered this one to replace it. These knives are great and are quite sharp. I do like the ones with the fibrox handles. I liked your site as the price is good and the shipping cost reasonable.

Like a Sharp Finger
I have bought four or five of the Forschner utility and paring knives in the last few years, both for gifts and personal use. The take a wondersul edge and a light enough to use without fatigue. You might not be impressed at first glance, but you will be after breezing throught peeling and slicing a bag of potatoes.
