Combined with a sharp, narrow, curved blade that measures 6" in length, the non-slip handle of the Fibrox Boning Knife has been ergonomically designed so that cutting without resistance and separating meat from the bone becomes a simple, swift task. The thermoplastic elastomers (TPE) handle is extremely flexible over a wide range of temperatures, very strong and benefit from good impact and notch impact strength, even at low temperatures. TPE materials can be used at temperatures of up to 80-110 °C.
