Paring par Excellence with a plain blade
Cheap to buy, but super value for the money - handle fits the hand (not bulky) - great plain blade kitchen work horse - stays sharp - easy to sharpen when needed - best of all the handle is red so it is easy to find in the drawer. This knife is a real tool - I highly recommend it. We bought 2 of each (plain blade and serrated).

Fine Paring Knife
This knife fits the hand well, remains sharp, is a good quality product. We have had many of them, keep several in the kitchen at all times and are proud to give them as gifts.

excellent kitchentool
Some time ago there was a gift included in my order. It was a Victorinox paring knife. Until now it was still the best knife I ave in my kitchen (I also have Kershaw, Global, cold steel,...) but this is the easiest to use and stays longer sharp than all the other kitchen knives I own. So I've ordered all the knives from Victorinox and I'm still pleased with it.
