Great Knife!
I fell in love with the Paring knifes so I had to try the Chefs Knife. This knife is now one of my favorites. I use it for everything! It is always the first knife used and it always dirty so I am ordering another!

My New Favorite Knife
For years I had been looking for a replacement for a serrated edge knife that I had had for years but had gotten broken. When I first received this knife I was disappointed to see that it did not have a full tang, but when I started to use it all my concerns vanished. It immediately became my new favorite. The blade is thin but sturdy, easy to use and it does a great job slicing tomatoes, no matter how thin the slice, as well as other fruits and vegetables. After 6 weeks of daily use I have not noticed that it is any less than super sharp. It would make a great gift for anyone who likes to cook.
