Victorinox

The right tools always make the job at hand more pleasurable, especially in the kitchen. And that's why Victorinox puts their passion into creating household and professional knives that are ergonomically designed and exceptionally sharp. Whether you use it in your five star restaurant or in your home kitchen, you'll feel like a pro with every slice, dice and chop.

A favorite of professionals, the 4" Fibrox Boning Knife features Victorinox's popular non-slip Fibrox grip, which is exceedingly important when intricately separating meat, poultry and fish from the bone. Excellent
Excellent 4in. Boning knife! That blade length is the most useful for most of the knife work that I do. I find that I can use it with equal aplomb dressing a hog or slicing a bagel. My only regret is that it no longed says Forschner on the blade!

These knives are great assets in our taxidermy shop. Nice handle and very good steel.
