Ok, but not great
I needed to replace the really cheap steak knives I had. The micro serrations tend to tear the meat more than cut. They hold some (steak) of the meat within themselves. No issue with grilled chicken though. The rest of the blade seems to slice well. This is out of the box with no additional sharpening. The serrations run almost half of the blade from the tip. I think they'd work better with less or no serrations at all. Forschner/Victorinox, but made in Portugal? Constructions does seem sound though.
