WG631OR: JetScream Whistle
Ultimate Survival Technologies

The JetScream Whistle focuses manmade air streams through harmonically tuned chambers to create a piercing shriek audible over most other natural and manmade noises. Due to its pea-less design, JetScream even works when wet, making it the perfect accompaniment to all outdoor activities near rivers, lakes, or oceans. Flat enough to fit in your pocket and attached to a lanyard, the JetScream is just as useful in the city as it is in the woods. The JetScream can be found in the survival kits of some of the most elite government forces, including the United States Air Force and the Navy SEALs.

Pros: Overall Quality, Design, Loudness, Durability, Materials
Cons: None
Good overall choice
Just got this and it is not as loud as Fox 40 classic but is louder than the Proforce Marine whistle. I may use this one because it is loud enough without being painful to my ears. Well constructed and flat so it does not take up much room.

It's so loud and piercing it hurts your ears. Great whistle.

Pros: Materials, None
Cons: Loudness, Design
Mediocre Whistle
Used as an emergency signaling device when backpacking and kayaking. It's light works well when wet and is easy to grip and hold. Too weighted toward an upper-pitch "shrill" sound, without sufficient lower tones/harmonics for carrying distance.
