WTWRSUF6CO: 6" Step-Up Fillet Knife, Cork
White River Knives

Fillet knives are the tool many boaters and fisherman could never be without. They are the quickest and most effective way to separate the meat from bone whether it be fish or large game. The thin, flexible blades curve around bones and tendons without much pressure at all. This Step-Up design allows more clearance for your hand and provides more control while cleaning fish. Both salt and freshwater fishermen report that dozens of fish can be filleted without ever touching up the blade. These come with beautiful leather sheaths that you might expect on a classic hunting knife and they have a button security feature on the sheath that attaches to the butt end of the knife to prevent you from losing it. A great feature on the open water.

  • Cork handle so that if the knife ever falls overboard, it will float 100%.

White River Fillet Knife
I have filleted a lot of fish with a number of knives....this knife is the best of the crop that I have used through the years. It feels wonderful in the hand and the offset blade makes the work much easier against the board/table. I am a bit old school and do not like wasting the meat that you lose with electric knives.
