Exceptional knife at any price!
I was a bit hesitant, since I have always favored smaller knifes, but the ratings gave me confidence. My son bought it for Christmas and I have not stopped raving on how easy it makes piles of vegetables into beautiful slices, dices and minces. What I most liked was the weight of the blade, it is not clunky like my very hefty old Sabatier, but sleek and wonderful to grip after hours of cooking.
