CKFMUSCLE: Tashi Bharucha Muscle Flipper, Hand Rubbed Satin
Custom Knife Factory
Custom Knife Factory might sound like an ambiguous name but it's definitely one worth remembering. Their knives are mid-tech by definition but the quality definitely borders on full custom. They have a CNC machine shop in China that does a lot of the leg work but all the hand fit and finishing are done in house in their Moscow shop. They use top of the line materials made in the USA and designs from some of the most talented knife designers in Russia.

The Muscle is the much-anticipated collaboration with Tashi Bharucha that's as large as it is beautiful. In typical Tashi-style this pairs a wide blade with an ergonomic, slender handle for a knife that combines both great looks and tactical functionality. It has superior, lightning fast flipping action, excellent fit and finish, and a cool look you don't come across every day. It's a large yet extremely appealing design that carries very well and everything about it screams use me!

The 3.9" flat ground drop point blade is made from M390 stainless steel with a hand rubbed satin finish. The handle is made from titanium with milling to improve both aesthetics and grip. The pocket clip, in addition to the overall look, is what we really like about this design. It's a milled titanium clip that functions like a spring clip being very easy to get this knife in and out of the pocket, so it's the best of both worlds. The Muscle features a two-row ceramic bearing pivot system, compact yet very functional flipper tab, and the handle is comfortable yet large enough for any sized mitts. It's definitely tactical in nature but the ultra-fast action makes this a stylish EDC knife for those preferring larger knives. It's another awesome limited production, individually numbered piece from Custom Knife Factory and Tashi. We look forward to more collaborations between the two coming in the future.

Frame Lock
Frame Lock
Developed by Chris Reeve, it functions like a liner lock but the lock is comprised of one of the handle scales. It's an extremely strong and easy to manipulate lock.
Powdered metal developed for knife blades which provides good corrosion resistance and very high hardness for excellent wear resistance during hard use cutting.
Pocket Clip
Pocket Clip
Includes a pocket clip for easy accessibility and a more secure carry.
Titanium Handles
Titanium Handles
A nonferrous metal, it's prized for its high strength to weight ratio and is often used on higher end knives.

Worth every penny
Such a sweet buy : ) . It's been my edc for a couple weeks now and I love it. My previous carry was a Brous Blades T4 and the Muscle carries and feels smaller in the pocket. I'm just now getting use to the frame lock - my T4 had a liner lock. The knife is well done. The blade is perfectly centered and the finish work is excellent. The Jim Skelton review on Youtube said it all - just buy it. The pictures here don't do it justice. If the handles were anodized in any color, I would be perfect. I'd like to do that, but I don't want to send out - it needs to be in my pocket ; )

Awsome knife
Great sturdy knife made for edc. My favorite knife by far, just a beast of a knife. Started out with a strong detent and took a little effort to flip open but quickly broke in and after a few days opens with ease. Jim skelton's review of the knife on youtube said it all. Sharpest knife I have received right out of the package.
