Great knife
I've waited 40 years for Buck to make a drop point folding knife with wood handle. I bought this one the first time I saw it on-line...I have never seen one in a store. The weight indicates its hardiness, and this will be a multi-generational keepsake. The knife just screams "precision." Nicely weighted and balanced, attractive, smooth operating and REAL sharp. Nice sheath, too.

Pros: Blade Sharpness, Handle Material, Handle Feel, Overall Quality, Pocket Clip, Ease of Opening, Sheath, Lock Ease of Use, Blade Material
Cons: None
All I have to say is WOW, I just ordered this buck and a new benchmade and what would you know... I'm more impressed and excited about this buck! This think is beautifully smooth and well built, and it is surprisingly light feeling for its size. I was hesitant to buy it because I thought it might be too thick in width for pocket carry, and I didn't think it had a lanyard hole, but I was wrong on both! This knife carries great and has a lanyard connection area inside the bottom of the open construction of the handle. Over all this is the best buck knife I own everything about it is beutiful and I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great quality USA knife. And one more good thing to add, they didn't use the cheesy white plastic washers on this one, the ones that come with it are similar to emersons.

Very good Quality and excellent to handle
I'm from Germany and German people loves an excellent quality. The Buck Knife ist a very high quality product! I don't find an equal product in Germany. It is easy to handle and looks like an expensive knife. It is very sharp and the blade is very stiff and steady. The Knifecenter has fair prices and an excellent support. The shipment to germany was fast and without problems. I think i'll order my next Hunting knife at the also.
