Serge Panchenko Custom Knives
This Bean flipper is an extremely interesting design. It's a mid-tech folder by definition; the blades are made by Millit Knives in Idaho and Serge custom makes all the handles in his Sacramento shop. Millit's 2.125" blades are made from CPM-154 stainless steel with a nice stonewashed finish and an extended flipper tang. It's a slipjoint knife with a strong detent that makes the flipping action, crisp and unique. The ball detent system is something Serge utilizes on many of his designs so they can be carried in more localities since they do not lock. The back side of the handle is made from stonewashed 6Al4V titanium and the front handle can be made from a variety of materials such as G10, bronze or titanium. If you want an everyday carry blade that is unique, utterly well-built, and uses premium materials, look no further than the Bean flipper.
