Great Protection Behind The Fence...
I must concur with the previous reviewer on this product. As an guest of the A.D.C. I found the karambit-shaped blade the most effective in discouraging other guests from approaching, whether to take one's nutriment, or pharmacy. The hook shape is simply the best shape for bisecting the inside of an assailant's mouth, jugular, or femoral artery, and although the size means a difficult post-event routine, the trade-off was that once you had dispatched someone with it, few others would disturb you in future, as the consequences remained forever fresh in their memory. Thank You Browning, and Knife Center for your speedy delivery!

Cons: Blade Sharpness
I just received this knife and I have to say, it is a great product. Especially for the money. It wasn't as sharp as I expected. In fact mine was quite dull, but withvery little Effort, a razor sharp edged can be achieved. I am an edged weapons/ defensive tactics instructor and a law enforcement officer. I carry several knives at all times and teach many officers the importance of this practice. When I purchased this knife, I was looking for something that could be worn and accessed on the non gun hand side and used for weapons retention if necessary. I was introduced to the Karambit knife by a friend of mine who teaches Karambit knife tactics. The shape and versatility of this knife is ideal for an off side draw. It also comes with a very durable sheath that fits my regular duty belt and a trouser belt. I am right handed and wear the Karambit on my left side. I can protect my side arm with my right hand while easily drawing this knife and putting it into action against an assailant. I will be using this for demonstrations in all of my edged weapons training course and recommending this knife to my friends and students.
