SNSF3SWBKAL: PALLAS Button Lock Flipper
Spartan Blades
PALLAS (PALE ES) was the Titan god of warcraft, a fitting name for this folder. It features a beefy blade made from CPM-S35VN that rides on a set of alpha bearings inside a 6061 aerospace aluminum frame. The blade can be opened easily with the flick of the thumb stud or the flipper tab. The hardware (button, thumb studs, spacers and screws) are made from stainless steel and the signature titanium arrow clip for tip-up carry will hold it securely in your pocket. The blade shape, handle shape, size and durable design make this an ideal tactical folder you can carry each and every day.

Pros: Blade Sharpness, Lock Type, Handle Material, Overall Quality, Pocket Clip, Ease of Opening, Handle Feel, Weight, Lock Ease of Use, Blade Material
Cons: None
I've been waiting for this knife to come back in stock for a while. The other night when I was looking through my wish list, I just happened to notice it was in stock and ordered on right away. Definitely worth the wait though. Everything about it seems so well thought out. Handle shape is excellent due to the shape and the chamfering on the edges. Love the rounded spine on the blade. The only sharp edge on this one is the cutting edge. And speaking of cutting, this is only the second knife I've bought that will push cut paper straight from the box. Opens and closes easily and smoothly. Seems to open better light switching it than push buttoning it, but I think it actually opens faster with the stud. It opens well flipping it, but seems a lot faster with the stud. Closes just as easily and I found if you hold it straight up and push in on the thumb lock, with a little inward flip of the wrist, it will close right up. Just make sure you hold the lock in all the way when you do it or it will keep it from closing. Oh, and of course, KEEP YOUR FINGERS OUT OF THE WAY OF THE BLADE WHEN YOU DO THIS! Just want to thank Mr. Iovito for a great design and Sartan Blades USA for a great build. And of course, thanks to Knife Center for helping me get one and for their as usual great service.

Great EDC
This knife fits great in the hand and is very well balanced. I'm crazy about the rounded top edge and thickness of the steel. It is a larger pocket knife, but it doesn't seem bulky in my pocket. The edge is razor sharp and has held up well. Great for EDC. Spartan Blade's other pocket knife won knife if the year at Blade Show, I think, but I preferred this one.

best EDC for the money
This is a very well made knife. I wish I had got one earlier. I was very impressed with how long the edge stayed sharp! I ran it through a pretty rigorous test and it held true. The alpha bearings are awesome(smooth opening and closing). It IMHO is a knife well worth the money and I do not say that lightly when spending $285.00 The only problem is that now I want another Spartan blade!!!!!! TM
