Our job is to get your packages to you in time for Christmas and to keep you informed.
If you want to know where your package is and have an invoice number, you can track it from our page HERE.

We sincerely hope that everyone got their packages before the holiday. Unfortunately, UPS (and the KnifeCenter) will no longer offer refunds for packages that don't arrive on schedule this season. However, we expect most packages to arrive on time

For Best Shopping Results Now and Throughout the Year:
Look for the In Stock tags for items that can be shipped immediately.
Call us toll free during normal east coast US business hours at: 800 338 6799 for assurance that an item is in stock and will go out immediately. Order as early as possible and select UPS as a domestic carrier instead of Priority Mail since the postal system does not offer tracking.

We will email you when we process your order with an estimate of the delivery date and we will inform you if there are any delays. You can always telephone us during normal east coast US business hours at: 800 338 6799 and we will tell you the status of your order. We will try to respond rapidly to your emails.

Backorders, special orders and other exceptions
If your item is on backorder, we will keep you informed well in advance via email and/or telephone if it is not likely to arrive for Christmas.

Please note that the holiday shipping schedule dates apply only to items marked "In Stock''. We will ship the "In Stock" items as soon as possible from our Maryland warehouse.
