Small but classy and durable

I bought this Impel and I was impressed with the strong action. The blade is a slicer and the handle is makes it a great gentlemen's knife. I highly recommend it if you want a classy, durable and fine auto knife.

Nearly Perfect

Small, lightweight, sharp and easy to keep an edge on. It's got to be really close to being the perfect pocket knife.

Benchmade 3150

I wanted a small EDC and that’s what I got. Make no mistake about this - it is a small knife. I haven’t had it long- 3 weeks, so I can’t comment on durability or longevity. What I will say is it is very sleek, sharp and opens flawlessly and locks into place with a resounding snap. Being a small knife it has no weight to it, don’t even know it’s in my pocket. I am not a pocket clip person, so that is the only con I can give it. I got what I wanted and am every happy with it to date.

Nice little pocket jewel

Yup, it's small. Forwarned - the blade snaps out hard and the grip is tiny. It you aren't ready, it may jump out of your hands. Hang on to it. And honestly, I don't see the big deal vs an assisted open, flipper or a nice sized Spyderco. The lock slows deployment waaay down. The blade hold open lock is, well, not the strongest. Between the slowness to deploy and the kind of not monster lock, well, I'd prefer to fight using a big Spyderco or a Zero Tolerance of any model. However, that out of the way - this is not a combat knife I don't think. At least that's not the intent. What it is, is a beautifully made little knife that disappears in your pocket It looks great, weighs nothing, is razor sharp, and while I hammered the lock it's still more than strong enough to function as a daily carry knife handling the usual knife things. I am not going to Afghanistan looking for insurgents. Or even into a rough part of town. I bought it for a good edc with an unusual deployment. I got that. It's a nice knife to carry in dress slacks and reasonable to use. The steel is good, and it's Benchmade. I'm happy with this one!

Benchmade 3150 Impel Auto 1.98 S30V

It a fantastic knife. It is the perfect size for carryING yet big enough for everyday use. The blade is super sharp. The only thing I'm not a fan of is the pocket clip.
