Perfect 'Field' Chef's Knife
Just because I'm out in the woods doesn't mean I have to use the same knife that I process firewood and game with to prepare my meals, does it? Yah, but who would be so forward-thinking to create a mini chef's knife? Huh... Böker would, that's who! This knife is in a class of its own. The blade is large enough to execute a full range of chopping and slicing tasks, just as you would with a full-size chef's knife; but it's small enough to fit into any itty-bitty space of your pack. Pair it up with a mini cutting board, and you're cookin' with gas! The only 'Con' I can possibly formulate is the fact that when you use this knife, you'll immediately want other knives in the Vox series. They are that good. I now own a total of five (so far). True story.
