good basic chef's knife
Used for kitchen prep work, though mainly cutting meat. Edge holds well - easily as good as standard German and Swiss brands. I sharpen with fine ceramic rods, which work well with this knife. No problems with rust or discolouration. Handle basic plastic, blade stock nice and thick. In all, excellent for the price. Recommended if you want a functional user for next to nothing.
