Pros: Blade Sharpness, Blade Material, Ease of Opening, Overall Quality
Cons: Pocket Clip, None
Beautiful Workmanship
A real winner that would be a 5 plus star, except it is let down by the Zirconium pocket clip, which is just too stiff. It really makes it hard to clip on your pocket and remove the knife--but I doubt you will lose it! The design fits my had perfectly, with no hot spots, blade perfectly centered, a really top-notch flipper tab and flipping action. The blade shape and grind are wonderful, and the carbon fiber inserts provide just the right amount of grip as you hold it in your hand. For a 3.5 inch blade it is very compact, and just looks great. But it really needs a better pocket clip to make it useful--not sure it will even be possible to get it to clip to a jeans pocket, given how hard it is to clip on to chinos. But it is too nice a knife to leave in a display case. A really great knife that I would recommend despite it's one weakness. All around quite comparable in quality to a Shirogorov, except for that pocket clip (the design, not the workmanship, which is just a good in my opinion).
