Perfect machete
I just returned from a backpacking trip and I found this machete to be an invaluable companion for chopping up fallen trees for firewood. It would cut through 1" thick branches in one swipe and I had no problem cutting through 10" logs.

Nasty sharp. Really really sharp
This is my first condor. Man, this is one very sharp machete. It will cut grass or hair in one swing. Very very sharp light work machete. I just love it. Cool cool cool. Thanks Kc and condor.

great light work machete
This is a great machete I Use it around the house and out camping, it does a great job with brush andlighter chopping(under 3" diameter) itwill definately cut thicker stuff but its more likely to roll an edge than the regular condor el salvador because its a thinner blade than the original, but never the less its easily repairable with a file or sharpening stone, I have used mine for batoning too and worked quite well for that too. the best thing I have to say about it is that it is so light weight you can swing it all day long and not wear your arm out like many others will. In the end it is a really light, highly visible, very durable machete, definately worth owning.

SO Far, So Good
I have yet to use the machete but from handing the 18'' steel monster I like how it feels. The sheath could use some type of strap as a extra precaution in retaining the machete.
