Great knife for that price. Fine Micarta handle, fits well in medium to large hands, secure grip with and without gloves. The sheath could be better but is ok for the money, first the knife did not fit in the plastic insert so I had to squeeze it a little, now it fits perfectly. Knife out of the box very sharp, after stropping it on a leather paddle it came to razor sharpness. The 3.75" false edge came pre-sharpened (convex), it took about 5 minutes and some white sharpening compound (Bark River) on the leather paddle to solve this problem. Great knife for multiple tasks....

condor knife
I bought this knife as a tool for my blow out kit. The knife is designed from a single piece of steel. It cuts well and keeps a good edge. The sheath is a bit on the cheap side but that is fine. Overall it has worked well.

So far so good
I wanted something smaller than my Condor Bolo but larger and more capable of heavier tasks than my Boker Vox. I chose this over the solo bolo due to availability .I wasn't sure what I would be getting since Condor QC is hit and miss .In this case the knife was done right good clean grinds and plenty sharp for a light chopper .So far it does not disappoint .In a backyard trial I chopped through a 3/4 in +or - several times with 1 swat and split several pieces of another branch approx 3 in in dia. with no loss of edge . The sheath is lousy and I hate the finish. but still not a deal breaker since I can make a decent leather sheath the way I want it and remove the horrible coating on the blade

Condor Moonstalker
Love this knife the feel and weight great chopper for processing tree limbs and just feels good in your hands. chops great batons well all though that was just testing it not what I use it for usually. Had to knock it a star for the worst sheath I have ever gotten since it is cheap and barely fits which for me that is ok since this isn't something I would wear on me camping or hiking. Blade came sharp but after beating it I folded the edge a little bit and had to re-sharpen been a beast since and because I use it as a chopper I am less then friendly to the blade.

Could have been a 5
I really like this Condor Moonstalker knife. It could have been a 5 with decent sheath instead of the nylon junk that didn't fit until I modified it and tore on the second day. I'm not crazy about the coating either. It started wearing off on the first use of the knife. The good: It came sharp enough to slice sheet paper and with only stropping it became hair popping sharp.
