Nice
Overall very nice. Razor sharp out of box. No blade play at all. Perfect fit for my medium sized hands. It is a little heavy but to be expected for a steel frame. I like the cool looking pocket clip it rides high off the handle so it shred your pockets but it creates a little of a hot spot. However I don't think it will noticeable in EDC use.

First Impressions
I really wish I didn't wait so long to get this knife. Its been on my wishlist for over a year and I finally bought it. It's instantly become one of my favorite knives. It really catches the eye, but it also fits well in the pocket and in the hand. It's sharp and opens smoothly when using the flipper. This is a knife that you can't help but show off.

Great Knife
This is a great CRKT knife! It opens smoothly, with little effort, and unlike the ripple you can firmly grip it when opening it. The texture provides a very positive grip at all times. The aesthetic is definitely appealing. It's large enough to feel quite solid in my hand yet, small enough that I carry it as part of my EDC. In full disclosure, I tend to wear clothing with larger pockets so your mileage may vary.

This knife is a monster
Wow, the pictures don't truely capture the craftsmanship that went into this knife. IKBS opens smooth and with little effort. Never again will I purchase a flipper without ball bearings. Comfortable to use and yes, it kinda does feel like a dinosaur. The serrations are awesome and the liner/more like frame lock is tight and doesn't hurt to use when closing. Great knife, Especially for the price!! Beats out most all of my other more expensive folders.

Quality knife/horrible pocket clip
I love everything about this knife but the pocket clip. It sticks out to far, catches on everything and the screws come loose very quickly. I've switched back to my M21-14G and use the Fossil as a back up. The serrations are great. The opening is smooth and effortless and the weight and heft is right on. Change the pocket clip and you got a great knife.

CRKT 5471 Fossile with Combo blade
Great looks. Although I found the handle a little to small for my hands. I really liked the combo blade with the shark teeth looking serrations.
