The best
This knife is my edc for anything that may require a simple, rugged, solid, sharp, and easy-to-use knife. The handle is grippy, and will wear your pocket out, especially after you open it with the wave feature 100 or so times, (because you will 😉) But, once the blade is opened, the knife seems like a fixed blade, very solid feel. The wave feature is the best "accidental find" in Ernie Emersons design. It's faster than an auto or assisted opener and there is less to break, or go wrong when you may need to rely on this knife. The only thing I wish I knew before owning this knife is, how easy it is to want more than one! Quality ain't cheap but, it is piece of mind. All business, minimal bling. Excellent product.

BEST FEEL OF ALL MY EMERSONS
This knife feels great in the hand. Best handle shape of the five Emerson's I have. My previous favorite was my Horseman, but this one has just slightly nudged it out of first place. Fit and finish are about perfect. Emerson has the best grip of any G10 handles I,ve felt. Your not going to lose your grip on this one, no matter what. Love the blade shape. I think Mr. Emerson described it as an upswept Tanto. Blade is the sharpest of all my Emerson's. It doesn't just slice paper, it will push cut it. Really like the black blades on the Emerson's. Used to like the stonewashed better until I actually got the black. Knife opens and closes easily with no blade play. Nice early lock up and no lock stick. Couldn't be happier with this one, and like Mr. Emerson said, it just seems to be telling you it wants to be used and used hard. Thanks to Emerson for another great build and thanks to Knife Center for another great order experience.
