Good reliable all-around
It's my first good quality knife that served about 15 years and will serve 50 years more. It's quite sharp, sharpening "ate" about 1 mm in 15 years. I sharpen it with ceramic Henkels sharpener, which works good. I recently bought Shun 4" and Wusthof 3" paring knives. These are way more sharper. They GLIDE through, not cut. Henkels Twin Pro CUTS. Overall, good and reliable knife.
