Excellent but expensive
I'm an amateur home cook with an unhealthy addiction to buying items. I am convinced that you save money by buying great (often expensive) items in the long run. I've always wanted a great chefs knife and after reading up on this knife it was right there in the top spot. Having used it for a few weeks now I've only got positive things to say about it. I have rather large hands and this fits perfect. I has a semi unusal shape/curve but that is only an improvement for sure. Chopping/slicing etc is easier than ever. I've never cut so evenly/straight before. Ofcourse it is super sharp as expected. It's rather sensitive to scratches thou (so be sure to not use a metal-only magnetic knifelist).
