Updating my prior review
My initial review appears below (it's the first one--at the bottom). I caught the clip on a piece of a chair, and bent the hell out of it--no way I could get it back into usable shape. To top it off, I couldn't get the Torx screws out to remove the clip; they were tight, tight, tight. I didn't want to drill them out. So I called Kershaw. They invited me to send the knofe to them. I did so... And about three weeks later, it arrived back. New clip. Sharpened. Cleaned up. NO CHARGE. Talk about customer service...The damage was my fault, a couple of years after I bought the knife at Knifecenter--and Kershaw does this for free. Wow.

Great Knife!
Burn Notice was one of my favorite shows so I had to get this knife. Very impressed with it so far. Blade was fairly sharp out of the box; a quick session (maybe 2 minutes) with my Spyderco sharpener brought it to a razor edge that held up very well cutting ribbons and boxes at Christmas. The steel is Chinese and I had my doubts but I also own a Spyderco that uses the same steel and it's held up to whatever I dished out to it. I have big hands and this is probably the smallest size knife I would carry regularly but it feels nice in the hand. The assisted opening/flipper combination makes for easy deployment of the blade. The frame lock is solid with no play whatsoever. Closing the blade is easy but no so easy that you could do it accidentally. I'd highly recommend this knife to anyone looking for a good quality knife that performs well without putting a significant dent in your bank account.

Great knife for the price
Great knife for the price. It feels solid and very easy to open. Frame lock is tight and feels rigid. Blade came with a good sharp edge, used a ceramic sharpening rod to finish the blade so it would cut paper.

Great value! At least as good as knives costing 2x-3x as much.
Great knife for the money! I own a number of knives, from no-names to higher-end production pieces (ZT, Spyderco, etc). This goes into my EDC rotation, right up there with knives costing 10 times as much. Lightweight and comfortable in the hand. Nice ergonomics; no immediately evident hot spots in the grip. Kershaw's Speedsafe assisted opposing system is the best there is; snappy and immediate, but not so violent that it wants to pop the knife out of your hand. The frame lock is solid and works :/ the usual manner. The faux G10 (actually Zytel) is also well done. Nice grip (but probably not as good wet as real G10). It arrived shave-your-arm-hair sharp. No need to touch it up at all. The clip comes mounted for right-hand tip-up carry. It can be moved to the other side for lefthand tip-up, as well (the clip screws are torx #7). The blade has no slop or play when deployed. Although this one's made in China, wonderfully good quality control. Every bit as well made as my US-made Kershaws. This is a terrific value at this price point. It'd still be a good buy at twice the money.

Awesome price, amazing knife
You will see this knife and pick it up. Its a little (very little) heavy but it flips open like a flash thanks to the Kershaw Speed Safe. You will admire the design and figure it will probably cost at least $60 or so. You will do a double take when you see its $21! This knife is my EDC. It is razor sharp and amazing looking. It’s inexpensive. I am going to buy another one or two as backup or in case they quit making it. It is really that good. It also looks like a expensive custom but easily affordable if you happen to lose it. Go find this knife on the Knifecenter shop, or even better, find one you can hold and see, then buy it on Knifecenter. You will NOT be disappointed. Go look!

solid construction. fast action
Great knife. All I was looking for. Very fast and smooth assisted open. Good length for my hand. Very low profile clip and thin design for easy concealment. Good buy!

At this price? Wow!
I bought this knife for twice the money a few years ago, and was very happy with the purchase (see my reviews, below). Now the knife is under 20 bucks. Seriously?! No, it's not a 'super steel' but it's fine for EDC, and every bit of about a $60 knife. I'm buying two or three of them now, at this price! Great gifts for the right people down the road. And I still have mine from a few years ago, and still carry it in my EDC rotation, right along with the ZTs and other higher-end production knives. Just amazing quality at this price point.
