Versatile Knife
I switch this out as an EDC with my Kershaw Compound. Broad blade for slicing which also strengthens the tip. It opens quickly and cleanly and shows a razor sharp blade. I do yard work and landscaping. The Swerve is used a lot in such endeavors. I do all the cooking in our home and it makes for a nice food prep knife. Great knife overall. Only wish it was tip down carry. Down seems to allow my hand to find the flipper more naturally. Description says it can be changed, yet it cannot. Still a wonderful knife.

Very nice EDC blade
This is a very nice blade! Mine came very hair popping sharp. The assisted opening is very smooth and fast and it locks very solid. It fits very nice into the hand, although some with very large hands might not like it. The pocket clip rides very deep into the pocket. I've used it a couple of times so far having it and I like it a lot. Kershaw makes amazing products! and they stand by them.... BUY IT !!

Very Nice
Out of the box it seemed slippery, yet after I fondled it for an hour it was fine. Nice weight, great edge. The clip can be moved to the other side if need be. I love the fact that the clip is super tight. I lose to many good knives. If the clip gets bent, you can take it off and adjust the tension. Great knife I will buy another Kershaw any day

Great knife/ no pocket clip screw
This being my entrance into knife EDC, I like the Kershaw Swerve a lot.. My only complaint is that my knife was shipped without a pocket clip screw.. Other than the no pocket clip screw my experience has been very good...

Head turner
I love the assisted opening! It sounds like racking a pump shotgun. People think you've got a switch blade. It's fast. The fat blade is great for splitting wood. Lots of blade to hammer. The blade metal is perfect. Hard to dull, but easy to sharpen. The handle is comfortable and safe. The ergonomics as far as the angle of the blade in relation to the handle is easy on the wrist. For me the size makes it a great whatever you need to do knife.

Pros: None
Cons: Ease of Opening
My initial impression is that this is an ok knife, but not great. The assisted opening spring does not have enough force to open the blade all the way. I lubricated the mechanism and it got a little better. I have not put this knife to use yet so I can't speak to blade quality.
