I’m impressed
I have the first leatherman,the wave,the squirt & the micra now this.This is my new edc,I love it.The hex driver with the extra bit kit sold me,plus a sewing awl & replaceable wire cutters is a great addition.It first left my hands black but a wash with dawn and a new oiling left it perfect.The sheath is ok for the tool & the extra file & saw,but I need the premium leather sheath for the extra bits,I may buy a after market sheath from naysleather.All in all I’m very happy with this tool,thank you again knifecenter for the fast service,you guys rock!!!

Leatherman never disappoints
The Surge was purchased to go with my EDC bag that I keep in the car. I constantly find instances where I need something with the utility of it during the day. I purchased a bit kit also so it makes it versatile and useful. Leatherman uses good materials in making their tools and backs them up if you ever have a problem. I have actually damaged tools in the past and a quick trip to the company store in Portland has resulted in excellent customer service and a happy resolution of my stupidity. I honestly can’t think of any negative information or things I would change about the Surge.

Leatherman Surge Review
This is a great full size and full featured multi tool. Cant beat the 25 year warranty. The only reason I did not give it a 5 is the sheath. Leatherman needs to make a stronger sheath that will last.
