Happy, happy - joy, joy!
Just arrived today but I’m seriously impressed. There’s lots of YouTube video about this model & it’s nearly all good. It’s not hype! Deploys easily & smoothly. Grind lines are beautifully done & symmetrical. Quite thin behind the edge along the main length of it and thicker along the tanto point but that’s expected for strength and it is even along the length of it. Excellent sharpness for a factory edge too. Everything about the knife design is purposeful and well executed. And that includes the pocket clip which some might consider ‘upside-down’ but it’s not really. If it were on the tail-end there would be a narrow portion of the handle to grasp and since the handle width tapers front-to-rear it would also be unfavorable to get ahold of firmly. The clip goes in & out of the pocket easily and stays firmly in place - very similar to a CRK Sebenza clip with its extra ‘step’. Well done. The knife is light for the size of it so it’s easy to carry. It’s exceptionally comfortable in-hand for all the ways I would use it and it’s very secure to hold. Can’t say enough good things about this knife. Watch the YouTube videos and don’t doubt the endless praise that’s been heaped upon this knife. It is well deserved. Ignore the “upside-down” clip if that stumbles you. You’ll get used to it because the knife really is THAT good.
