Awsome Navy Knife
I am really excited about this knife, of course it is not a $300 beautifully made knife made by a semi custom knife made like Hattori....but it has a decently sharp edge and a needle sharp point it has a bomb proof bayonet style retention sheath, which I love and a fantastic grip that fits my hands like it was made for my hands. The grip is hard plastic that has aggressive knurls. Once in your hand it is glued to you and not going anywhere. It has a decent 440 stainless blade. The great thing is the price as you can take it out, abuse it without concern and if it gets lost in the bush........buy another one. You can have 4 for the price of one CS trail master (I still own a trail master..have to love knives made by Hattori). It is not a gorgeous shiny knife, it is what it is..perfect for its purpose I used to avoid this style of knife because in the 80's they were unimpressive, apart from the K Bar (from which I still carry a serious scare on the tip of my finger), they usually came dull as a butter-knife. But this knife is sharp and ready for work.....

Love it
Blade is thick about 1/4". Bought this knife and haven't looked back. Great finish, it is a little heavy, but what can you expect, its a combat knife. The finish is baked on and hard to scratch, i have had mine for about 7 months and use it everyday. i believe the blade is 440c, so it holds about a 57 rockwell. Can't argue with this blade.

fast delivery and well-made. the only problem with it is that the blade is made of stainless steel, but it is just a matter of personal preference

Disappointed
Is this knife really made by OKC? This low quality knife looks like second handed. "Small valley" everywhere. Editor's Note: Yes, this item is made by Ontario Knife Company (OKC).
