Nice all-around knife

Used for everyday use. Perfect knife for carrying around in your pocket. It's not too big nor too small. Good for many uses.

Great Knife!

Feels like its not even in my pocket at times, guess that's why I'm on my third one. Open's so smooth, great features. And the TiNi blade coating makes it look so cool. I just hope I don't lose this one also.

Excellent Daily Carrier

I have carried this knife for many years now and I am exceedingly pleased with it's performance. The assisted open feature is very quick and it locks back quite securely. As indicated with an earlier review there is a little side to side play in the blade but it has not been a problem as during "normal" usage with most knives there is little to no force applied perpendicularly to the blade. Conversely I have used the back side of the blade with a magnesium fire starting block with success and even then the small amount of slack in the blade was not off putting (this could easily be considered abuse). I also was at first unimpressed with the "plastic feel" of the handle but rigorous use has proven that it is up to any task and constructed of a material much more durable than the plastic to which I was comparing it. What would probably speak louder than anything else is the fact that I am considering purchasing another one because through the years of use and sharpening the blade is finally wearing down to the thick. I am certain that I have gotten the original $60 worth of use out of my current one.

You will love it.

As soon as I took it out of the box I was like, "Man I paid 40 bucks (or however the amount was/is) for this plastic piece of sh**?" Then I started playing around with it and realized how sturdy it was, how fast it opened, and how awesome the safety lock is. Don't be confused though, one thing I wish was better iterated to me was that this is not a push button opening knife, you have to begin opening it before it flips out the rest of the way. Other than that I'd recommend it to anyone in search of a semi serrated mid sized pocket knife.

good edc

the knife is lightweight. i like how the clip sits high on the knife. only drawback is the slight side to side play on the blade. one handed open is easy, one handed closing is kind of cumbersome, if that matters???

plastic!!

i have one hour since i opended the pakage and the first impresion i had from this knife was not good. i hope this impresion is temporarilly. the thing that i liked the most is the clip that lets the knife to become invisible. the handle is the one that disapoint me because is totally made of plastic, it makes the blade to have some play. i almost forgot, the ergonomics of the handle leaves more to desire. i will post my thoughts of the sog flash II when i spend some time with it
