This is the knife I Cary everyday. Razor sharp out of the box. Feels great in your hands and opens with authority.

Great Light Weight and Thin Auto
This is a strong opening, lightweight and narrow auto that you hardly know that it's in your pocket! This knife is extremely sharp and well made. One little design hickup where they engraved SOG, The inner part of the G has a litttle sharp edge to it where my index finger contacts the knife. Not enough to ding them with.

Good Knife
This knife came sharp enough to shave with right out of the box, is a cool knife to show off, and opens extremely powerfully. My friend was looking at it and the first time he opened it the knife flew out of his hand because he wasn't expecting the action to be that strong. Solid build, very little play in the blade side to side and none up and down. Knife feels good in your hand and the saftey is in the right spot so that you can operate it and the open button without changing your hand posistion. There is a hole in the back of the handle for a lanyard if you ever wanted to tie it to a pack or just ensure that you dont lose it if it falls out of your pocket. The only con is that the pocket clip was a little loose on mine, but I think I'm going to take it off (there is a screw so you can take it off and flip it over) and bend it a little so it gets a tighter hold. I would recomend this knife and say it is definently worth the money.

Pocket Clip Clips A Five Star Rating
Knife was shipped quickly. Sharp out of the box. Checked grind and the two sides are uneven. Noticeable as the knife blade is black. Using a magnifying loop showed that the edge is good. Auto opening is quick and solid. Lockup is good. Knife is very thin and comfortable in the front right jeans pocket. Deep pocket clip hides its size. Because the pocket clip is deep, I pull knife out using the bend at the bottom of the pocket clip as leverage. Practice makes perfect. Complaint is that pocket clip pinches into the groves in the side of the knife. It will destroy a jean pocket quickly without modification. Resolved this by removing pocket clip, Dremmel grinding the “pinchpoint” down and reattaching the pocket clip using Locktite on the two pocket clip screws. The large blade creates a lot of torque when you open the knife. Combine the torque with the thin thickness of the knife and you could have too weak of a grip on the knife. Again, practice will resolve this issue but be careful letting someone else open the knife for the first time. Easy one hand opening but I close the knife by depressing the lock release and closing the blade on sweep against my thigh. Again, practice, practice. I’m not a Knife steel type expert. I can comfortably sharpen knives so not an issue. Knife has a lock bu I do not use. Overall review: If you plan to pocket carry this knife, you must be prepared to “Dremmel” the handle to accommodate the pocket clip. There goes any secondary knife sale. Knife is priced too high $120. Should be priced at $80-$90 with the pocket clip issue resolved. This is my first SOG Knife. Hope the review helps.
