The Shaman is one of the best folders I've ever owned, period.
Got the Shaman in S30V and I smile every time I bring it out to play. It's not small, but feels compact and very well-built. The feel is superb with no hot spots and cutting with it is gratifying. The Shaman feels less like a knife you're holding, and more a natural extension of your hand...it's so good. Flipping it open is satisfying (addicting actually), and so is closing it easily with one hand. The index choil makes fine work seem effortless. I love this knife. I'm a collector and it will be with me until the end of time. Please release this orange/rex version asap! (I have 13 Spyderco folders and the Shaman is my favorite btw)

SHAMAN REX 45
WOW what a knife feels really good in the hand. I love the big beefy blade. It’s a little heavy but I don’t mind. Rex 45 blade is super sharp. Very high quality. Can’t wait to test this blade. Blade opens and closes easily. I’ve been waiting for this knife a long time just got it today from knife center. I was on the email waiting list and it finally came today June 11 2020 thank you knife center you guys Rock if you get a chance at getting one of these bad boys get it you won’t be sorry.

Any idea on when will these become available?
I've been trying to get something from each of Spyderco's new steels this year, SPY27, S45VN & REX 45. I've managed to find something in REX 45 and I'm really liking the steel so far. But this Shaman is really the one that I've been lusting over. I held off on getting the CruWear Shaman as soon as I heard about the new steels they're putting out. I really want to put all 3 new steels thorough the paces and see how good they actually are.
