Pros: Blade Sharpness, Sheath/Scabbard, Handle Material, Blade Material, Materials, Weight, Overall Quality, Finish
A prestigeous knife indeed.
This is my 1st Fallkniven knife and since I wanted it customized by engraving a logo on the blade, I purchased it from Fallkniven in Boden, Sweden. It didn't even take a week from the time I placed an order until the knife was received, and no problem whatsoever with customs either. The photo image won't do justice and you have to hold it in your own hand. It's a complete solid piece and no flaw in craftsmanship and let me tell you; it's stunningly beautiful! Not only is it beautiful, it's also sharp, I mean, deadly sharp that it cuts and slices papers like butter! It's sold as a hunting knife intended for an outdoor use but I've purchased it as a collectible with some sentimental value. The tremendously sharp edge and double hilt make it an excellent fighting knife so in case of what if scenarios, I will keep it in the drawer. The well-stitched black sheath is also made of genuine leather and fine aroma of leather speaks for itself. The wooden box the knife comes in also adds some elegance to the knife and it's like an old cigar box. It's an exceptional knife with exceptional blade shape, exceptional purposes for exceptional people who have a taste for and appreciate beauty and perfection.
