Pros: Materials, Blade Sharpness, Handle Material, Weight, Blade Material, None
Cons: Sheath/Scabbard, Finish
The knife will be used as a camping and day hiking tool. I done a ton of research prior to the purchase of this affordable knife. It seems well made and should last a lifetime, if properly taken care of. I initially considered removing the coating but eventually considered only removing the coating on the spine and replacing with gun bluing. Since the ferro rod striker needs thrown in the garbage, the knife spine needs some work to a make this a multifunctional tool. The plastic sheath is not as bad as people say but I plan to drill a drain hole in the bottom for those wet days. Just because I plan to make some modifications to the knife doesn't mean it's a bad one. I like the knife and will highly recommend it. Buy this one if you are reading this.
