Outstanding knife
Used it to slice up a rib section into 1 1/2 inch ribeye steaks. It quickly handled the job in no time at all. I was highly impressed with the quality of this knife.

sharpened nicely. no V blade. looks like very high quality stainless.makes chinese blades look like the pieces of crap they r!!!
