Pros: Design, Construction, Material Quality, Sharpness, Overall Quality, Durability
Ten years ago I bought one of these after reading an interview with one of Norway's best chefs. He said it was the most versatile knifes he knew. He added that if he was just allowed to own one knife, this would be it. I was not disappointed. I still have it, it is still great, but I just bought one more due to the low prices of The Knifecenter. So now I have two of these great knives. I only need one, but they are just that great. In Norway, it is marketed as a cake knife (where it performs excellent). On this site, it is marketed as a bread knife (again, excellent). I also use it for meat, salads, opening vacuum packaging and many other tasks in the kitchen (and it cuts like a hot knife through butter).
