Sexy beast
It's still too early to tell, but this may push aside the 0562CF as my favorite ZT knife of all time. It's that good! The 0640 gets an 11/10 for looks, it's very very well done. The green carbon fiber seems to have a depth and chatoyance that regular CF seems to lack. It's beautiful. Almost as nice is the machined titanium. It fits the carbon fiber perfectly, and in my opinion at least, looks great in the bolster area where the machining lines are quite noticeable. The Terzuloa/Emerson style thumb disk is a welcome change from the normal thumb stud. plus it helps to keep the blade thin, which is certainly part of attractiveness of it's styling. The clip is made to profile the carbon fiber very closely, and while it certainly looks attractive, it is one of the tightest clips I've ever laid hands on. Hopefully it loosens up a bit over time. Overall rating 10/10 - a real winner. Buy a spare.

Excellent new ZT
This is one of the best new knives ZT has put out in the past few years. It’s built like a tank but it’s nice and slim so it fits in the pocket without taking up all the room. It has great ergonomics and it really reminds me of the look and feel of a large sebenza 21. The only 1 flaw I’ve noticed is that the pocket clip is real shallow and has almost no ramp so it’s really difficult to get into a jeans pocket because of the pants thickness but the upside is that there’s tons of people who make Ti clips that fit this knives screw pattern. I’d highly recommend this knife.
