BO01BO170: Boker Plus Epicenter
Boker Plus
The Epicenter was designed by Todd Rexford, a young knifemaker from Colorado, who is a remarkable talent in the world of knife design. In addition to our successful Boker Plus line, this model represents a significant innovative step. Being the first titanium frame lock, this piece reaches a special status within our knife range. The massive titanium plates have a thickness of 5 mm, and are contoured three-dimensionally, offering outstanding performance and stability. Equally impressive is the blasted titanium surface and the finish of the handle (without protruding edges), which make the knife not only a sturdy usable knife, but also a beautiful collector's piece. The modified satin drop point blade is made of VG-10 steel, and features a removable double-sided thumb stud. The titanium pocket clip is reversible, allowing tip-up or tip-down carry, and the lanyard hole adds convenience. An impressive synthesis of technology and design! Blade length: 3.5". Overall length: 8.75". Weight: 6.5 oz. Made in China.

Pros: Handle Feel, None
Cons: Weight, Overall Quality, Lock Ease of Use
Beautiful design but bad quality
Have a lock issue and blade play. Some small holes on the handle. The detail inside the handle is really bad. Really don't like the upgrade that it has a hardened steel lockbar insert which I havn't been told before purchase. The knife showed in the video and the description didn't mention this upgrade either. Smooth action and awesome shape

Perfect Rexford Design Flawed by China Quality.
this is possibly the most smooth in hand knife in my collection, perhaps to smooth & slippery, the Tod Rexford design is as good as it gets!but its being TOTALLY FAILED by Boker China Quality.i never head a knife in which the liner or frame lock traveled inward so fastto the point of after couple of months the frame lock failed completely!and that came after frame lock was very sticky since it was new.does not worth even half of its demanded price due to MAJOR CONSTRUCTION & LOCK FLAWS.100% Lock failure!

Cons: Pocket Clip, Weight, Ease of Opening
Nice, but a bit specialized
This knife is nicely designed, and is built like a tank! But, it is not an everyday carry knife. It is too bulky, and quite heavy, so there is no way that I would carry it around in my pocket. It would be very well suited for camping/hunting/skinning. Very strong lock up, and a really tough (and thick!) blade. So just be aware that this is a VERY heavy duty pocket knife.
